They gave my their best price from the first offer, and it ended up being better than any other offer I found elsewhere both on the car I purchased and my trade. I walked in and within 30 minutes had test driven the car I wanted, obtained a price on the car and also obtained a written offer for my trade in with no contingencies. We were determined to buy from Brilliance Honda (and Robert specifically) if we decided to buy the car. Not only did the car impress us, we could not get over how friendly and genuine our salesman, Robert, was. We did alot of research after test driving the car 6 weeks ago. If you want to pay sticker step right up and they will take your money. I did return but was unable to reach a deal essentially they are a no haggle dealer. He knows Honda vehicles inside and out. User ( 01:59) Bought a 2018 Honda Ridgeline from Brilliance. Why wasn’t this replaced? Why did they lie to me about “it’s just the moisture” Let’s see how the outcome is. They have a warranty that everything should be working 50% or more when they’re selling a car to you or else they replace the part. Why would I pay a penny for something I didn’t agree to? The service engine light wasn’t on when I test drove it. 2 days later I’m driving and it turns on again and I go back to check it out almost 2 hours later they come back to tell me the oxygen sensor was broken. I got it back saying they got moisture on the sensor and everything’s fine. As soon as I signed all the papers I drive out the lot and notice the service engine light on and so I called and they told me to bring it in. We negotiated on a price and I bought the car. User ( 07:46) Sales person Rob was so nice and very helpful sold me a car that I test drove and everything was fine. This dealership is great and will recommend to friends and family. This was my daughters first car purchase and he made it comfortable and informed us through out process.
